To request a service or repair, simply get in touch with us through our contact form, email or telephone. Please provide as much information as possible, including the watch brand, model or reference number, the issue you’re experiencing and any relevant photographs. Once we have received the details, we’ll assess your enquiry and advise on the next steps. If required, we can arrange for the watch to be inspected before providing a detailed estimate for the work.
Yes. We will provide a detailed estimate for the proposed work before any repairs or servicing are carried out. If, during the service or repair, we identify additional work that was not included in the original estimate, we will contact you to discuss the findings and obtain your approval before proceeding with any additional chargeable work.
Our standard service time is approximately 3–4 weeks from approval of the estimate and receipt of the watch. More complex repairs, vintage watches or work requiring specialist parts may take longer. If this is the case, we will keep you informed throughout the process and provide an updated timescale where possible. We always aim to complete each watch to the highest standard rather than rushing the work.
Yes. We undertake servicing, repairs and restoration of many vintage mechanical watches. Vintage timepieces can require additional care due to their age, condition and the availability of replacement parts. Each watch is assessed individually, and we will discuss any additional work or restoration requirements with you before proceeding. Where original or period-correct parts are available, we aim to preserve the character and integrity of the watch wherever possible.
